Opportunities went abundant for buyers last month, with a rise, when Naples registered 76 foreclosures, a 24.59% increase comparing to December.
As for the cost, Naples has a small difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Naples for $145,921, a value 14.54% below the US average price ($170,744), and a 4.06% decrease compared to the prices of January in the city.
