Naples is passing through a growing moment in foreclosure market. Nowadays, we have 168 foreclosures available in the city. And compared to last month things got easier for those who want to invest, with more foreclosures in the market and more chances of deals. Naples started September with 98 foreclosures available. October registered a fall to 95 homes, or -3.06%. The city had another down in November: -22.11%, leaving 74 properties in the market. Things got worse in December with a drop to 61 homes in foreclosure available (-17.57%). Opportunities went abundant for buyers last month, with a rise, when Naples registered 76 foreclosures, a 24.59% increase comparing to December.
As for the cost, Naples has a small difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Naples for $145,921, a value 14.54% below the US average price ($170,744), and a 4.06% decrease compared to the prices of January in the city.
