Denver is passing through a growing moment in foreclosure market. Nowadays, we have 1053 foreclosures available in the city. October registered a rise to 1226 homes, or 6.61%. The city had a down in November: -13.87%, leaving 1056 properties in the market. Things got worse in December with a drop to 925 homes in foreclosure available (-12.41%). Opportunities went abundant for buyers last month, with a rise, when Denver registered 1028 foreclosures, a 11.14% increase comparing to December.
As for the cost, Denver has a small difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Denver for $181,743, a value 6.43% above the US average price ($170,764), and a 0.83% decrease compared to the prices of January in the city.
