Overall Rating

4.4 of 5

If you're curious about or customers' opinions read below the 5 testimonials about our foreclosure listings service:

My wife and I needed a slightly bigger house with twins on the way. Our two-bedroom ranch was just not going to cut it. I found foreclosurelistings.com through a site that reviews other websites and saw that it had good ratings. Since joining, I haven't had any major problems except for some homeowners not being interested in telling me the auction dates of their properties. A week ago, my wife and I actually did find a place that was being sold for below market value with just the right number of bedrooms. It only needed some minor renovations and now were living in our new house, happily expecting!

Joseph H. Murphy gave Foreclosure Listings in Chicago a 5 star rating.

I've been a member for a few weeks now. So far, I'm pretty satisfied with the service. Their customer support center is decent and usually answers my questions, if they are relevant. This site also has many good quality properties for a foreclosure listings website. However, I'm having a hard time finding good properties in a certain area but maybe they'll post more soon. Their database is updated daily.

Vincent L. Dorsch gave Foreclosure Listings in Chicago a 3.5 star rating.

My daughter and I needed to find a new place after the neighborhood we were living started to become pretty bad. As a single mom, I don't have much money; foreclosures were the best option for me to look into. After a Google search of "foreclosure listings", I found this website on the front page of Google. It's clean and simple look drew me in and I decided to try their seven-day trial. I really did like the site after trying it out for a small fee and promptly became a full-time member. Their search engine really helped me out and it took me no time at all to find properties in the area I wanted to move to.

Mattie M. Davis gave Foreclosure Listings in Chicago a 5 star rating.

I had always loved Chicago's nightlife and variety of upscale restaurants to choose from. I was growing tired of living in Dayton, Ohio and eventually decided I wanted a small apartment in Chicago's downtown area. I found this website by chance and I'm glad I did. Within a few months, I found a small apartment with a roommate in Chicago's Near North Side. The only problem I had with this site was some of the confusing terminology they used, but that was quickly made clear by their free e-books and articles.

Michelle T. Southard gave Foreclosure Listings in Chicago a 4 star rating.

I have been a member of foreclosurelistings.com for a few years now. I often go on to look for real estate investment deals. Sometimes you really do find some great properties! If you're like me and want to earn some extra cash, foreclosurelistings.com is one of the better places to find listings. Some of the properties need some renovation but most are suitable to rent out or resell.

Sharon J. Gibson gave Foreclosure Listings in Chicago a 4.5 star rating.
