Overall, I would say I had a good experience during my time as a member on this site. I had to relocate to the Deer Valley School District area of Glendale since I got a great job offer there. At the time I lacked money, so foreclosures were the only option I considered. I really don't like renting out houses or apartments. Foreclosurelistings.com has great info graphics that gave me the information I needed to purchase my next home. I also felt that their database was well organized. One problem I did have though was that I would click on some articles that I was interested in only to find it was partially written or had nothing to do with the title.
I'm a die-hard sports fan and traveled often to Glendale to see games at the Jobing.com stadium or University of Phoenix stadium. Tired of traveling, I decided to relocate to this small city near downtown Phoenix since, at the time, I was single. I always love a cheap buy, so I decided to join this site after it was recommended to me by a family member. The things that helped me the most to buy a house were the mortgage calculator they provide and the free e-books that provide great information for newbies to real estate. However, sometimes the customer service took a while to respond to any inquiries I had regarding their site.
I joined foreclosurelistings.com a few years back because I was looking to buy my first home. From what I remember, this site provided quality service and I only experienced a few technical difficulties, like expired links. If you want a lot of great deals to choose from and are a first time home buyer like I was, this site is for you.
I'd always dreamed of studying medicine in high school and couldn't have been happier when I was accepted into Midwestern University in Glendale. I really didn't want to dorm, so my parents and I decided to look into apartments that had been foreclosed upon. We tried several sites that offered listings by chance only stumbled upon yours. The seven-day trial was great because I got to really study the site before deciding to join. For the most part, I was impressed by the quality of listings and information offered in the Learning Center for first-time buyers. One thing that I thought could have been improved was that some of the properties lacked contact information but that didn't really detract from my overall experience.
