Dallas is passing through a growing moment in foreclosure market. Nowadays, we have 105 foreclosures available in the city. And compared to last month things got easier for those who want to invest, with more foreclosures in the market and more chances of deals. Dallas started September with 149 foreclosures available. October registered a fall to 145 homes, or -2.68%. The city had another down in November: -7.59%, leaving 134 properties in the market. Things got worse in December with a drop to 93 homes in foreclosure available (-30.60%). Opportunities kept scanty for buyers last month, with another fall, when Dallas registered 77 foreclosures, a 17.20% drop comparing to December.
As for the cost, Dallas has a huge difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Dallas for $76,893, a value 54.97% below the US average price ($170,764), and a 0.31% increase compared to the prices of January in the city.
