Opportunities went abundant for buyers last month, with a rise, when Marietta registered 99 foreclosures, a 13.79% increase comparing to December.
As for the cost, Marietta has a huge difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Marietta for $112,493, a value 34.12% below the US average price ($170,764), and a 1.86% increase compared to the prices of January in the city.
