I was living in a large home in Florida by myself and wanted to downsize. I decided to relocate up the coast and get a beach house. I had heard about ForeclosureListings.com from a friend and decided to give it a try. When I looked the site up, I remember being impressed by all the listings and prices the site had to offer. After some searching around, I found a nice beach house. I've also started looking for another small house to purchase with the money from the sale of my old Miami home that I can rent out for extra income. Unfortunately, I've been finding some trouble finding an appropriate house to rent out because some of the houses listed for sale do need a lot of repairs.
We were in the process of looking for a new home because my husband needed to relocate closer to his new job. Coming from a big city, my husband and I were used to everything being within walking distance. I realized this might be a problem in our relocation as my son was starting school in the fall. We would need to find a home within walking distance to one of the two elementary schools in the neighborhood we live in. However, the home was a little further from my husband's job and son's school than I wanted it to be. There was a lack of listings in the neighborhood we were looking to relocate to.
