I was living in a large home in Florida by myself and wanted to downsize. I decided to relocate up the coast and get a beach house. After some searching around, I found a nice beach house. I've also started looking for another small house to purchase with the money from the sale of my old Miami home that I can rent out for extra income. Unfortunately, I've been finding some trouble finding an appropriate house to rent out because some of the houses listed for sale do need a lot of repairs.
We were in the process of looking for a new home because my husband needed to relocate closer to his new job.
