I have used this site numerous times to broker deals on foreclosed homes, auctions, and short sales and have been satisfied with the transactions. However, I found that a few of the houses posted for sale on your site could have had lower prices. Thankfully, I only found this on very few occasions.
I think this website provides a very valuable service, especially to people who are looking for a home at a bargain price. I was a bit disappointed that quite a few of the new listings were not accompanied by a photograph and I had to keep checking back until one was posted, but they do get posted eventually.
