Conifer is passing through a down moment in foreclosure market. Nowadays, we have 114 foreclosures available in the city. Conifer started September with 73 foreclosures available. October registered a rise to 130 homes, or 78.08%. The city had a down in November: -3.08%, leaving 126 properties in the market. Things got worse in December with a drop to 123 homes in foreclosure available (-2.38%). Opportunities kept scanty for buyers last month, with another fall, when Conifer registered 115 foreclosures, a 6.50% drop comparing to December.
As for the cost, Conifer has a huge difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Conifer for $337,857, a value 97.88% above the US average price ($170,739), and a 1.57% decrease compared to the prices of January in the city.
