As for the cost, Elizabeth has a huge difference in prices comparing to all US. Nowadays, investors can buy foreclosure homes in Elizabeth for $359,269, a value 110.41% above the US average price ($170,744), and a 0.89% decrease compared to the prices of January in the city.
