I wanted to make a little extra cash by finding a cheap house and renting out its rooms. After searching for "foreclosure listings" on Google, I found this website on the first page. The uncluttered look and simple background drew me in; I had seen similar sites that didn't have this. I'm really glad I found this site! Customer service and all the extra information offered through the Learning Center guided me step-by-step through the foreclosure process. Now I have just the house I was looking for and am making some extra money. Thanks foreclosurelistings.com!
I was evicted from my old apartment and was tired of city life; I wanted to move to a cleaner, safer environment. Littleton is your classic, American suburb and just the place I was looking to move to. I didn't have the money to buy a house at its full market value, so foreclosures were my best option. I heard about this site from a few people and joined it after looking through some of their pages. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to foreclosure and felt that all the articles and e-books really helped me. All the homeowners were also really helpful and always agreed to meet me.
I joined this website a year ago when my girlfriend and I needed to find a new place to live. I liked it because I didn't have to go to my local courthouse or a real estate office to find foreclosed properties in my area. I could do everything at home in my pajamas! That being said, the monthly membership fee was a little higher than I was looking for. But I guess it's high for a reason, this site really has tons of useful features.
I was growing tired of living in the downtown section of Colorado and always wanted a house in the suburbs. My wife and I decided to look for a house in Littleton so our children, as well as ourselves, would have more space. After some searching around on a few search engines, we found this site. It offers plenty of services to its full-time members, although the monthly fee is a little expensive. The listings always had contact information but didn't always show pictures of a house's interior.
I had to relocate to Denver for a new job I was offered. I didn't want to live in the city itself, so I decided a nearby suburb would suffice. I found this website through a link on another real estate website and decided to try it out. There were things I liked about it and things I didn't. Customer services were knowledgeable and always willing to help, although they didn't always answer my emails quickly. The property listings also always had an adequate amount of information but sometimes lacked or didn't have enough pictures. I also felt that the database was a bit cluttered with too many properties but was, on the whole, well-organized with the all the maps they have.
