A few months ago, I got accepted to San Jose State University and I really needed to find a place near the university. I hate dorming because you often have to share communal bathrooms with roommates or share rooms with strangers. My parents and I decided to find a cheap but decent foreclosed apartment nearby. After a quick search, we found this website. For the most part, I think it's great but, unfortunately, the database didn't contain any listings from around the university. After some serious searching around, we did find one that was relatively close. My commute to school is a little long but I do feel that apartment was worth more than what I paid for it.
I love this website! Most of the listings have affordable prices and are decent. When I came here, I thought I would tons of houses that needed to be fixed up. However, I was proven wrong. Foreclosurelistings.com looks for the most high quality listings on the net. Customer service is also reliable and answered most of my questions. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future!
I'm very interested in working at tech firms, which drove me to move to San Jose from my small town in Georgia. After having been let go from one of the firms I worked at, I decided it was time to move somewhere that would help my career. There are a lot of foreclosed properties in California as well, making it one of the cheaper places to live. I joined several websites that offered foreclosure listings but was unhappy with most of them. Their databases usually weren't updated enough and sometimes they showed properties that had already been bought. My friend suggested I look into this website, so I did. Foreclosurelistings.com's database is daily updated, unlike the others I visited. Most of the properties also have updated contact info, although sometimes they don't show when the auction date is.
The neighborhood my family and I were living in L.A. had become worse and I wanted to move somewhere safer. My husband and I did some research on places to live, eventually deciding to relocate to San Jose. It is ranked on the safest cities in the U.S. and has several school districts to choose from. My husband and I began searching around for foreclosed properties and came upon this website by chance. This site's database is great and most of its listings have accurate contact information and pictures, although most listings only have one picture. I also liked the information offered through the Learning Center and the free e-books; they really helped my husband and I in buying a foreclosed home. However, sometimes customer service was lacking and sellers of the properties were hard to reach.
I love living in big cities but didn't want to live in L.A. since it's so hectic and overpopulated. San Jose has almost everything L.A. has but is lesser in size. I really wanted to move into an apartment in downtown San Jose and started shopping around for foreclosed apartments. By chance, I found your website through a link. At first glance it looked very professional, so I decided to try the seven-day trial. Everything worked great and, after that, I became a full-fledged member. Thanks to foreclosurelistings.com, I found a nice one-bedroom apartment!
