In planning my move to another big city, I knew I wanted to purchase a loft or condiminium close to the fashion district due to my line of work. The photographs of the properties as well as the properties' neighborhood profiles gave a really clear picture of the places I was interested in. The only difficulty I found was that the contacts for some of the places listed took quite a while in returning my calls and it was a bit stressful at times not knowing if a place was still available. But all in all it was a great experience, and definitely worth the required membership fee.
