Infographic: The Rise and Fall of Home Prices
Median home values have decreased in some places in the United States and increased in others. The info graphic below compares prices from 2007 to 2010 in five cities where the prices have increased the most and five cities where they have decreased the most. The cities where median home values have really decreased have gone down by about fifty percent or more. In the cites where values have increased, they show percent increases that range from the late teens to early twenties.
