I never got any paper work from B of A to start a loan modification. Now this unprofessional woman comes to my home and told me I need to pack and leave in 30 days and she will have a check for 2500 if the home is left clean with the stove and refrigerator here. I live in the state of Georgia, Have you known this to be legitimate. I called the bank and get no results. I told her my husband left the property and she said it did not matter whoever is in the home gets the money to just leave. I want to stay in my home or purchase it back, my ex husband;s name was on the final loan, but for 12 years I paid it and the deed is in my name? I am now receiving unemployment checks so I probably won't qualify/. Are there any federal agency that can help. All the Freddie Mac numbers are either disconnected or unavailable.
