$24,000 2 years at $1,500.00 +no taxes or mortgage payed on property from day of purchased in 2005 bank take over followed by 90 day eviction (Notice) (3)Days Before Xmas with &quot;NO&quot; PLACE ta Move&quot;  we were then offered CASH FOR KEYS if we were out by Janruary 1,2010 we would receive $2,600.00 we were then offered $5,000.00 if out by FEBRUARY 1, 2010 we were all moved out by Feb.1, 2010 we then received a check for $5,000.00 it was a small price to pay for what we had been through we also filed for our security deposit that wenever received. thank you chuck kim and sam at char-bren development  hope you people sleep well at night P.S.Are Rent as always ((PAID) UP TOO DATE</description>

		<description>This problem is starting to become a major headache and is going to get worse. Something needs to be done. What I&#039;m not sure, but if a home owner is in foreclosure or knows foreclosure is looming and rents out their home anway, their needs to be a penalty for it.</description>
