I am wanting to know if I can rent a house in Lake Oswego. The situation is as follows. 1. I am in the Philippines and will not be returning to the states. 2. I have not paid mortgage payments on my house for a year now. 3. I have not been served a foreclosure notice. 4. Can I legally rent my house, having a friend show it for me as long as I inform the prospective tenants what is happening? 5. The house needs some work as vandals (past renters) have stolen items, dishwasher and stove top, can I rent as is,, as long as we agree as is,, with the renter involved? I am not returning to the states and therefore will be very difficult to be served. House is in Lake Oswego Oregon.
