I am a Realtor and any home that is under the $175,000.00 price is flying off the market in 1 to 2 days on market and over the asking price. As a buyers rep, I am showing a house in the morning and finding a home has many offers by noon! It's been crazy. I have 2 clients in bidding wars.....
