Hello everyone, I am a renter, also a victim of foreclosure and I share you pain. Hopefully this information will be helpful and at least give a little peace of mind. I have found that there was a Bill passed in the early part of this year that protects renters from foreclosure which gives you the right to stay in your current residence until your lease expires. Also, I have been instructed to contact my State Senators Office for further assistance. I hope this helps good luck to everyone.
