We paid rent on time, we did all that we were supposed to do….we even leased through a well known property management company. To no avail…this could happen to anyone at anytime if you are a tenant, and with the housing market and mortgage market what it is….those without the fund to buy will be at the mercy of those who shouldn’t have bought at all.
